Ooooh! I really like this cover! The kissy action and the flag overlay work really well to tell the prospective reader that this book will be about romance...and that it will involve politics of some sort...at least that's what came to my mind when I first saw it. :P I think it's gorgeous though and I definitely think it's an eye-catching cover!
