Books I Read Last Week:
I really liked this one. It was a quick, funny, and pretty cute read...even if the lead male was a zombie. :P haha It's definitely the type of book to read when you want to just sit down and finish a book in one sitting with a smile on your face. :)
This "book" that I bought on Amazon for my Kindle was actually about 12 pages long...I wasn't impressed. So, just a warning if you pick this one up...it's a novella, it is not a book, which wouldn't have bothered me if I'd actually known it was a novella, but the description didn't say that it was. That being said, even as a novella, it felt unfinished, rushed, and pointless. There wasn't a real conflict because a conflict needs to be resolved, and this one wasn't. Plus, it ended on a cliffhanger...yes, this twelve-page novella ended on a cliffhanger. Personally, I'd save your $.99 for a full-sized book because this one frankly left me feeling ripped off.
Loved this one! :D I was so glad I read this one after my disappointing "book"/novella experience because it totally made my day. Epic Fail was fantastic, and I think that even people who haven't read Pride and Prejudice would still love it, as will fans of P&P. I'm planning on reviewing this one later on, so I'll post even more of my thoughts soon. :)
I liked this one, too. :) Tracy Barrett took some familiar Greek myths and turned them into something new. I really enjoyed seeing little pieces of the myths popping up...usually as farfetched tales in the story, but the fact that the actually parts of myth were the "crazier" aspects totally made me smile. :D This is definitely one worth reading, and I'll also be posting a review for this one. :)
Reading Now:
One of my classes for this semester is 19th-Century British Literature and Culture: the Novel, so I get to read awesome books like this! :D I'm excited, so I started this one before classes began. I'll probably have to stop for a bit and start another one if this one isn't first in the curriculum, but I've liked re-reading it. I haven't read any Jane Austen for a couple of years, so it's nice getting back to it. :)
Loving this one so far. :D I'm about a third of the way through it, and it's awesome. Hopefully it keeps getting better and better. :P
Books I Want to Read This Week:
I've been planning on reading this one for a while, but I hope to actually get to it this week. :P

Revived looks so interesting! I want an ARC of that one as well! And I'm sorry you got to spend your 99 cents on an eBook novella of only 12 pages! Poor you! :(
