DESCRIPTION

Imagine you’re a matchmaker and you realize too late you’re in love with your childhood best friend. You only have yourself to blame—you’re the one who matched him and now he’s engaged to be married. When you find yourself in this position there’s a few secrets you’re going to need to keep…

Secret #1 – Smile when he tells you the happy news, even if your heart cracks in half.

Secret #2 – Don’t compare yourself to his beautiful French fiancée. You’re just as beautiful.

Secret #3 – Don’t tag along to the tux fitting with him alone. Just no.

Secret #4 - Don’t help him learn to dance to his wedding song.

Secret #5 – Erase all memories of the two of you through the years when lines blurred for even the briefest of moments.

And the one you never saw coming…

Secret #6 –Definitely, don’t stand and object—someone else might just do it for you.

REVIEW

For someone who doesn't typically gravitate towards friends-to-lovers romances, I have read a bunch of them lately, and I've been loving them all, but I have to say that SECRETS OF THE WORLD'S WORST MATCHMAKER has been my favourite! It's been on my radar for a while, and I've been so excited for it!!! :D

I absolutely LOVE this series so much! It's my favourite of Piper Rayne's so far, and I have loved getting to see so much of the Bailey siblings! Each book honestly just makes me love this series more and more. I've been eagerly waiting for Juno and Colton's book since we've been seeing little pieces of the two of them pining after each other for ages...and I have to say that I thought it was completely worth the wait!

I love how we've seen how close Juno and Colton are in the other books, and that Piper and Rayne showed us some amazing little flashbacks throughout this book that really added to the whole friends-to-lovers aspect of the story. I love that they've been friends for so long, that they've relied on each other, supported each other, and just genuinely always been there for each other for years. They've pushed the boundaries of their friendship more than once, but their love for each other (both outwardly as friends...and secretly in a romantic sense), is so strong and it was so wonderful to see! I loved these two so, so much! :D

Overall, I thought that SECRETS OF THE WORLD'S WORST MATCHAMKER was fantastic!

It was definitely dramatic and had some seriously angsty parts, but I loved finally getting to see what Juno and Colton both thought about their relationship...and about each other! And I really, really loved seeing their relationship evolve! They were adorable and so fantastic together! I also loved how Colton has been a part of the Bailey family for years. I loved seeing both Juno and Colton finally express themselves...and I loved how deeply they already knew one another! I don't think I've ever fully felt a deeper friendship in a friends-to-lovers romance before now. I could genuinely picture Juno and Colton being besties when they were in Elementary school...and I really loved that. It was so sweet! If you love friends-to-lovers, I think you'll definitely love this one...and even if it isn't your go-to romance trope, trust me...this one is worth trying!!! I love, love, loved it!
