It's Monday, What Are You Reading? (65)

It's Monday! What Are You Reading? at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading?, is a bookish meme hosted by One Person's Journey Through a World of Books, where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It’s a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list. So hop on over to Journey and join in...and leave a comment here so I can check out what you are reading.

Books I Read Last Week:
This boook kind of make me want to go to Antarctica...I may just spend a Canadian winter down there....they have 24 hours of sunlight and warmer temperatures there then than there are in Canada. Also, my favourite fact that I'm going to share with you all...they've found fossil records in Antarctica of penguins that are up to 6 feet tall...isn't that insane?! Can you imagine those birds? It kind of scares me to think of a penguin that tall, and it must have been even harder for them to walk at that height...poor things.
I'm participating in the blog tour for this one, and for it's sequel later on. I figured I'd get a jump start on it and start it now, but my review won't be up for a couple of months, but at least I'll be ahead for something. :P It's a cute story. I really like reading stories where the athlete is the love interest, and this one was pretty adorable. I loved Shea. :D Elli annoyed me sometimes because she second-guessed herself so many times...to the point where it got to be like third-or-fourth-guessing herself, but I liked her the rest of the time...just not when she kept circling the same idea in her head. She and Shea were awesome together though, so cute. :) Also, it's a pretty quick read, but be warned, you don't really want to stop reading once you start. :P

Reading Now:
I'm almost finished this one....yay! It's not a bad book. I actually like it, but I'll be glad once it's finished since it means I'll have time read something of my choosing rather than a book for school. :P In this one, Robyn has decided to go across Australia on her own with only her dog and four camels...sometimes it seems like she'd be better off with the camels to be honest. Although they seem like quite the characters those camels. :P

***Also, this isn't the only book I'm reading right now, but I'm getting sick of mentioning the same ones over and over, so I'm skipping them for now. Hopefully you'll see 'em pop up in the finished section soon.

Books I Want to Read This Week:
I heard about this one a while ago, and I got it from the library. It's nice and short, so hopefully I can finish it this week. I know it's a more serious read though, so we'll see if it's a quick one or not.

Going to start reading this one along with Zoe! I can't wait! Hopefully our read-a-long with each other works out nicely. :)

And what are you reading???

Check out One Person's Journey Through a World of Books to see what other people are reading. :)
